Ryan Horton

Ryan Horton is a Christian worship leader and evangelist known for bringing spontaneous worship and ministry into public spaces—especially the streets and subways of major cities like New York. His mission focuses on sharing the love of Jesus through live music, prayer, and personal encounters in everyday environments.

Ministry and Evangelism

Ryan regularly leads worship sessions in places such as Union Square and subway stations. In one notable instance, he and fellow worship leader Tiffany Hudson sang in Union Square, where they encountered a former worship leader who had drifted from his faith. Moved by the music and presence of God, the man was drawn back into a moment of spiritual renewal, even requesting the song “Do It Again” by Elevation Worship—unaware that Hudson is a member of that band .

Ryan describes these moments as “God set-ups,” where divine encounters happen in unexpected places. He believes that the Holy Spirit moves powerfully through these unscripted worship sessions, often leading to tears, healing, and personal transformation.

Online Presence and Music

Ryan shares his ministry through social media platforms like Instagram (@rhortonworship), TikTok (@rhortonworship), and YouTube, where he posts videos of his street worship sessions and original music. His songs, including “Better Day” and “Shoulder of the Lord,” are available on streaming platforms and reflect his heart for revival and hope.

Personal Journey

Ryan’s path into street ministry began when he felt called to take worship outside traditional church settings. In interviews, he has spoken about how saying “yes” to God led him from “dangerous city streets to the NYC Subway Station,” where he now sees lives changed through simple acts of worship and obedience .
